高校学术创业的困境突破与智能化转型——基于工业互联网平台赋能的思考

Breakthrough and Intelligent Transformation of Academic Entrepreneurship in University:Reflections on the Empowerment of Industrial Internet Platform

基于数字经济背景和海尔COSMO平台等案例,探讨工业互联网平台赋能破解高校学术创业困境的应用场景和实现策略,研究发现工业互联网平台赋能高校学术创业的六大应用场景包括"研发决策、技术协同攻关、生产制造、经营管理、服务延伸、创业与金融结合"。赋能方式有"大数据决策支持、网络化协同研发、大数据模型优化生产流程、智能化协同管理、平台智能化链接、大数据风险评估与融资"等。实现的策略为高校教师学术创业要向数据驱动决策、网络协同研发以及智能化生产与管理转型,高校学术创业管理和政府政策支持应向智能化转型。

Empowerment has been regarded as the important function of future organizations.Within the context of digital economy and based on the cases on Haier COSMO platform,this research discusses the plight of China’s universities in academic entrepreneurship and the application scenarios of academic entrepreneurship empowered by industrial internet platform.It is found that there are six application scenarios where industrial internet platform empowers academic entrepreneurship including R&D decisions,collaborative technological public relations,production and manufacturing,operation and management,service extension,integration of entrepreneurship and finance.Academic entrepreneurship is empowered through the support big data-driven decisions,network-based collaborative R&D,production process upgraded by big data model,intelligent collaborative management,platform intelligent link,financial risk assessment and fund-raising by the big data etc.The implementation path is that university teachers strive for the transformation of data-driven decisions,network-based collaborative R&D and intelligent production and management in their academic entrepreneurship.Intelligent transformation should also be extended to university academic entrepreneurship management and government policy support.
