行动者网络理论视角下教师实践智慧的生成机制研究——来自联合研修坊的现场分析 被引量:2

Research on the Formation Mechanism of Teachers’ Practical Wisdom from the Perspective of Actor Network Theory:Field Analysis from Joint Workshop

摘要 以往的教师培训只关注知识研究,很少关注教师的行动与行动后的智慧生成。S市研修员联合研修坊的建设为各层级各学科教师的"学-研-修"一体化提供新的场域,旨在更好地做到把知识培训转化为教学行为的改进与实践智慧的增长。本文运用行动者网络理论,对S市教师联合研修工作坊的建构过程与转译机制进行分析。指出联合研修坊建设的背后是本文一个以S市师资培训中心与各区教育学院为关键行动者的异质行动者网络,主要实现了教师实践智慧的生成。由于行动者网络是一个充满利益争取和协商的动态连接,教师实践智慧生成也是一个持续的知识转译过程。本研究在拉图尔的行动者网络理论分析框架下,运用其中的转译概念研究了教师研修工作坊的运行机制,揭示出知识流动的双向性问题,体现出不同行动者之间的互动。转译是教师研修工作坊得以形成的原因,也是维系教师研修工作坊发展的动态联结机制。行动者网络视角下,教师知识转译过程包括问题转译、任务转译、行动者转译和行动四个阶段,呈现出多元、协商、开放的特点。市教委、市师培中心、各区教育学院、中小学校、教师、家长、学生、研究项目、经费、经验、文化等异质行动者自身的身份认同与再定义,以及相互之间的作用构成研修坊形成与转译机制。研究揭示出研修坊建设与转型发展中,教师作为知识转译者主体价值的诠释、智慧创生模式的建构,以及教育文化空间的重构。 in the past,teacher training only focused on knowledge research,but seldom on teachers’actions and the generation of wisdom after actions.The construction of the joint workshop of S city’s researchers provides a new field for the integration of learning,researching and training of teachers at all levels and disciplines,aiming to better transform knowledge training into the improvement of teaching behavior and the growth of practical wisdom.Based on the theory of actor network,this paper analyzes the construction process and translation mechanism of the joint workshop of teachers in S city.It is pointed out that behind the construction of the joint workshop there is a heterogeneous actor network with teachers’training center of S city and education colleges of each district as key actors,which mainly realizes the generation of teachers’practical wisdom.As the actor network is a dynamic connection full of interest battle and negotiation,the generation of teachers’practical wisdom is also a continuous process of knowledge translation.Under the framework of actor network theory of Latour,this study uses the concept of translation to study the operation mechanism of teacher workshop,reveals the two-way problem of knowledge flow,and reflects the interaction between different actors.Translation is not only the reason for the formation of teacher training workshops,but also the dynamic linkage mechanism to maintain the development of teacher training workshops.From the perspective of actor network,the process of teacher’s knowledge translation includes four stages:problem translation,task translation,actor translation and action,showing the characteristics of multi-dimension,consultation and openness.The identity and redefinition of the heterogeneous actors,such as the Municipal Education Commission,the Municipal Teacher Training Center,the education colleges of each district,primary and secondary schools,teachers,parents,students,research projects,funds,experience,culture,etc.,as well as their interaction constitute the formation and translation mechanism of the workshop.It reveals the interpretation of teachers’main value as knowledge translators,the construction of wisdom creation mode,and the reconstruction of educational and cultural space in the construction and transformation of workshops.
