大学教师学术创业:背景、使命与轨迹——学术资本三元论

Academic Entrepreneurship of University Teachers: Background, Mission and Track:The Three-Dimensional Theory of Academic Capital

学术资本主义是一个商业色彩较浓的国际概念,可以视为大学教师学术创业所处的时代背景;学术资本转化是一个体现功能与方向的本土概念,可以视为大学教师学术创业的使命追求;学术资源转化是一个强调能量增殖与双向转化的新生概念,可以视为大学教师学术创业的运行轨迹。大学教师学术创业本土化理论的探索与构建要以学术资本主义作为时代背景,以学术资本转化作为使命追求,以学术资源转化作为运行轨迹。本文基于"学术资本"的三个关键词,分别从环境维、方向维与行动维出发,构架大学教师学术创业的"学术资本三元论"。

Academic capitalism is an international concept with strong commercial color,which can be regarded as the era background of university teachers’academic entrepreneurship;academic capital transformation is a local concept reflecting function and direction,which can be regarded as the mission pursuit of University Teachers’academic entrepreneurship;academic resource transformation is a new concept emphasizing energy proliferation and bidirectional transformation,which can be regarded as the running track of university teachers’academic entrepreneurship.The exploration and construction of the localization theory of university teachers’academic entrepreneurship should take the academic capitalism as the era background,and the academic capital transformation as the mission pursuit,and the academic resources transformation as the operation track.Based on the three key words of"academic capital",this paper constructs"the three-dimensional theory of academic capital"of university teachers’academic entrepreneurship from the perspectives of environment,direction and action.
