摘要
教育行动研究引入我国以来取得了较为明显的成效,包括推进了教育科研的普及,提升了教师从事研究的自觉性,理论研究者与实践工作者的合作日益密切,涌现出一大批面向实践的研究成果,丰富了教育研究方法理论。与此同时也存在一些不容忽视的问题,如研究的边界日益泛化、研究的主体日益异化、研究基础"低门槛化"、研究范式日益窄化、研究成果的模糊性以及"低批判化"。为此,要改进教育行动研究需把握以下几方面:加强规范化建设,开展"元研究",推进研究范式的综合运用,注重批判性反思,探索运用大数据评价研究成果。
Since the introduction of educational action research in China, it has achieved relatively obvious results, mainly as follows: it has promoted the popularization of educational research and promoted the consciousness of teachers to engage in research,and the cooperation between theoretical researchers and practitioners has become increasingly close and a large number of practiceoriented research results have enriched the theory of educational research methods. At the same time, there are some issues that cannot be ignored, such as the increasingly broadening of the boundaries of research, the increasingly alienated subjects of research,the "low threshold" of research foundations, the increasingly narrow research paradigms, the ambiguity of research results, and the "low critical" nature. The improvement of education action research needs to grasp the following aspects: strengthen standardized construction, carry out "meta-research", promote the comprehensive use of research paradigms, focus on critical reflection, and explore the use of big data to evaluate research results.
