摘要
PDCA循环是全面质量管理(TQM)的代表理论,具有TQM的全部内涵。基于PDCA循环对东京大学进行分析,发现其在计划(P)-执行(D)-评价(C)-改进(A)四个步骤的循环中贯彻了全面质量管理观,树立了充分尊重学生的管理哲学,在回应政产界问题的同时,在人才育成理念、评价指标上实现了超越,建立了开环整合的完整培养体系,可为我国全球化人才培养提供借鉴。
PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action)cycle is the representative theory of total quality management(TQM),which has the whole characteristics of TQM.With the analysis tool of PDCA cycle,it finds that in Tokyo University the concept of TQM is implemented in the four-step cycle(PDCA cycle),and it has established a management philosophy of fully respects students.In the process of responding to the political and industrial needs,it has achieved transcendence in the concept of talent cultivation and evaluation index,alsohas formulated effective cultivating programs and systematically scientific management,which can provide certain reference for Chinese international talents cultivation.
