摘要
师生互动作为开展有效教学的重要途径,是提升本科教学质量的突破口。教师作为课堂教学互动的引导者和实施者,其行为方式直接决定着互动的成效。本文利用2019年"本科教与学"调查数据,分析了课堂教学中师生互动的现状及其对学生学习效果产生的影响。研究发现:师生互动过程中教师学术成果并未有效地转化为教学内容;有关学生学习监控的关键性互动行为亟待加强;师生互动对于学生的学习效果存在显著影响。为此,文章提出须从两方面改进:鼓励教师开展教学学术研究,提升科研对教学的正向促进作用;建立系统的"助教"制度,加强对学生学习的过程监控。
The fuzzy of school-based teaching and research role and function of the theory practice is the source of ambiguity.In the school culture point of view,research-based professional development for teachers in the schools and cultural training activities,schools and cultural innovation pilot basis.Do a good job in school-based teaching and research,we must establish the concept of school-based teaching and research in order to guarantee the progress of the building of the system of school-based teaching and research,the establishment of school-based learning-oriented research organizations,create cooperative education team.
