数字赋能新时代发展全过程人民民主探析

在中国式现代化新征程上,数字赋能发展全过程人民民主具有重大历史意义。实践中既体现出多方面显著成效,也存在有待改进之处,为发展全过程人民民主留下了完善提升空间。数字赋能发展全过程人民民主应当坚持党的全面领导、以人民为中心、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、系统观念,进一步完善人民平等充分参与保障机制、数据公开与共享机制、数字效能评估制度、网络与数据安全保障制度。

The development of whole-process people's democracy empowered by digital technology is of great significance in the new journey of China's modernization.In practice,the whole-process people's democracy empowered by digital technology has achieved results in various aspects.However,there is still room for improvement.In order to advance the whole-process people's democracy empowered by digital technology,we should uphold the comprehensive leadership of the Communist Party of China,adopt a people-centered and systematic development philosophy for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.We should also improve the mechanisms for equal and full participation of the people,data disclosure and sharing,evaluation of digital effectiveness,and ensuring network and data security.
