摘要
在新时代人才强国战略深入实施的大背景下,为更好地适应大型装备制造业国有企业战略发展要求,对大型装备制造业国有企业经营管理人才、卓越工程师、劳模工匠和高端领军人才“3+1”支人才队伍建设进行了介绍,具体包括丰富升级人才培养机制,健全完善人才发展机制,突破创新人才使用机制,营造爱才敬才良好生态,加强组织领导系统保障。
Under the background of the in-depth implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talent in the new era,in order to better meet the strategic development requirement of the large-scale state-owned enterprise in equipment manufacturing industry,the construction of 3+1 talent team for the large-scale state-owned enterprise in equipment manufacturing industry covering management personnel,outstanding engineer,labor model craftsmen and high-end leading talent was introduced.Specifically,it includes enriching and upgrading the talent training mechanism,improving the talent development mechanism,breaking through the employ mechanism for innovative talent,creating a good ecology of loving and respecting talent,and strengthening the guarantee of the organizational leadership system.
