摘要
从化学气相沉积法和物理气相沉积法两方面介绍了涂层技术的研究现状,并从二元涂层、多元涂层、多层硬质涂层等方面介绍了硬质涂层材料的研究现状,同时分析了超硬涂层材料的发展。
The research status of the coating technology was introduced from both side i.e.chemical vapor deposition and physical vapor deposition,and the research status of the hard coating material was introduced from the aspects of binary coating,multi-element coating,multi-layer hard coating,etc.The development of the superhard coating material was analyzed in the meantime.
