气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备中绝缘子开裂的分析

Analysis of Cracking of Insulator in GIS

针对气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备中绝缘子开裂问题,从三方面进行分析,包括绝缘子两端平面度、绝缘子四周嵌件垂直度、绝缘子浇注时冷却工艺。通过分析,提出三方面应对措施,改善气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备中绝缘子开裂的情况。

Aiming at the cracking of insulator in the GIS,three aspects were analyzed,including the flatness of both ends of the insulator,the verticality of the inserts around the insulator,and the cooling process during insulator casting.Through analysis,three countermeasures were put forward to improve the cracking of insulator in the GIS.
