《水利·水务分志》是《上海市志(1978—2010)》的组成部分,记述内容涵盖水利、供水、排水及海洋。本文回顾首轮社会主义新方志编纂工作中水利和供、排水的修志概况,重点阐述笔者在《水利·水务分志》编纂大纲起草、拟定过程中的认识、思考与实践。

As an integral part of Shanghai Local Chronicles( 1978-2010),the Records of Water Conservancy and Water Supplies covers water conservancy,water supply,drainage and sea. This paper provides an overview of the compilation of water conservancy,water supply and drainage in the first round of compilation of new socialist local chronicles,with an emphasis on the author’s understanding,reflection and practice when drafting and preparing for the compilation outline of Records of Water Conservancy and Water Supplies.
