“互联网+”年鉴框架创新思考与探索

Creative Thinking and Exploration of the “Internet +” Almanac Framework

"计算机和网络技术正在改变着人类的思想方法、行为模式和生活习惯。就信息的检索、接受和利用来说,计算机和网络环境造就了人们追求快速检索、全方位获得、个性化使用信息的行为习惯"。①国内地方综合年鉴顺应网络化发展趋势,编纂出版年鉴电子版如软盘、光盘、U盘版本,部分年鉴出版单位探索建立网站、编纂信息平台,尝试层级浏览、信息检索、音视频移植。然而,探索实践"互联网+"年鉴框架创新很少。本文立足新时代年鉴推送上互联网这一基点,对比分析国内最近出版的35部地方综合年鉴框架结构,探索"互联网+"年鉴框架创新。

"Computer and network technologies are changing people’s thinking modes,behaviour patterns and living habits.In terms of information retrieval,acceptance and utilization,the computer and network environment has shaped people’s behavioural habits of pursuing fast retrieval,all-round access and personalized use of information."In line with the trend of network-based development,the domestic local comprehensive almanac authorities have compiled and published e-versions of the almanacs,such as floppy disk,CD-ROM,and USB flash drive versions.Some of the almanac publishing units have established websites and compilation information platforms in the course of exploration to try browsing and information retrievalat different levels,and transplantation of audio and video.However,there is little innovation in the exploration of the Internet+almanac framework.Based on the point of pushing almanac on Internet in the new era,this paper explores the innovation of the Internet+almanac framework by comparing and analysing the frameworks of the 35 local comprehensive almanacs recently published in China.
