摘要
采用修正的蒙特卡罗模拟方法研究了界面为反铁磁性耦合的铁磁/反铁磁双层膜系统中的约化交换偏置场。当约化冷却场强度从0.05增加到1.2时,界面反铁磁层的归一化净磁化强度由负值变为正值,表面反铁磁层和总反铁磁层的归一化净磁化强度一直保持负值。在相同的约化冷却场强度变化范围下,约化交换偏置场也从负值变为正值。研究结果表明,约化交换偏置场的产生依赖于界面反铁磁层。
A modified Monte Carlo Metropolis method is used to study the exchange bias of ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic bilayers with antiferromagnetic interfacial coupling.When the cooling field strength increases from 0.05 to 1.2,the net magnetization of interfacial antiferromagnetic layer changes from negative to positive,but the net magnetizations of the surface antiferromagnetic layer and the total antiferromagnetic layers always remain positive.In the same range of cooling field strength,the exchange bias also changes from negative to positive.These research results show that the exchange bias depends strongly on the interfacial antiferromagnetic layer.
