EPC工程总承包模式下,联合体对工程设计阶段和现场施工阶段实施全过程承包和负责。EPC工程中由于施工和设计原因造成的签证变更,联合体将不再具有经济收益,施工图预算金额为工程结算最大值,预算完全基于施工图设计。项目总投资在项目可研阶段已确定,对EPC联合体合同工作界面的理解和对各专业、各系统投资分配的合理性显得尤为重要。作为建筑物神经网和动力核心的电气类专业,为各专项设计提供下步深化的基础条件,由于专项设计种类数量不同,切分电气主专业设计和专项设计成为较严峻的问题。从投资分配和资源调整角度考虑,从限额设计、电气施工图设计、现场实施3个阶段进行管控。

Under EPC project general contracting mode,the consortium is responsible for the whole process contract and implementation in the engineering design stage and the site construction stage.In the case of visa changes caused by construction and design reasons in EPC projects,the construction will no longer have economic benefits.The budget amount of construction drawing is the maximum of project settlement,and the budget is completely based on the design of construction drawing.The total investment of the project has been determined in the feasibility stage of the project,so it is particularly important to understand the working interface of EPC consortium contract and the rationality of investment distribution for each profession and system.Electrical specialty,as the core of building neural network and power,provides the basic conditions for each special design to deepen in the next step.Due to the different types and quantities of special design,the division of electrical major design and special design has become a serious problem.From the perspective of investment allocation and resource adjustment,control is carried out in three stages:quota design,electrical construction drawing design and on-site implementation.
