高速铁路防护墙外观质量控制措施研究

Study on Control Measures of the Appearance Quality of the High-speed Railway’s Protective Wall

高速铁路对防护墙混凝土外观质量要求较高,且不允许大规模修补。桥梁防护墙施工过程中易出现变截面处气泡集中、断缝处棱角缺损、表面不规则裂纹较多等外观质量缺陷。针对这些施工难点,分别从模板设计、浇筑过程以及混凝土养护等方面进行了研究,并对不同的质量缺陷提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明,防护墙外观质量得到了极大提升,保证了工程履约,节约了施工成本。

High-speed railway requires high quality of concrete appearance,and does not allow large-scale repair.During the construction of the protective wall,the bubble concentration at the variable cross-section,the angular damaged at the breaking joint,the irregular crack at the surface and other appearance quality defects are easy to occur.In view of these construction difficulties,the formwork design,casting process and concrete curing are studied,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed for different quality defects.The results confirm that the appearance quality of the protective wall is greatly improved,project schedule is guaranteed and construction cost is saved.
