Hoisting Construction Technology of Superstructure of Municipal Cable-stayed Bridge

针对单塔空间双索面市政斜拉桥工程上部结构的结构特点,创新设计出符合该桥型的桥面吊机,再采用自制运梁车梁运输桥面板的施工方法,并对该斜拉桥上部结构施工流程和关键施工技术进行了介绍。重点阐述前期施工组织的机械设备选型思路、施工中遇到的问题及解决方法和上部结构吊装施工的注意事项。

In view of the structural characteristics of the superstructure of the single tower spatial double cable plane municipal cable-stayed bridge,the bridge deck crane is designed innovatively,and then the self-made girder truck is used to transport the bridge deck,and the construction process and key construction techniques of the superstructure of the cable-stayed bridge are introduced.This paper focuses on the selection of mechanical equipment in the early construction organization,the problems encountered in the construction and the solutions,and the precautions for the hoisting construction of the superstructure.
