潮汐水域大直径超长钢护筒整体插打技术

摘要 近年来,我国基建工程迅猛发展,跨江跨海桥梁层出不穷。随着施工技术的革新,部分桥梁已经采用了永久性钢护筒作为主要工程结构,由于钢护筒的平面位置、垂直度、变形情况直接影响工程质量,因此如何实现钢护筒的质量控制目标变得尤为重要。通过与传统方案对比,优选出打桩船整体埋设永久性钢护筒的施工工艺,进而精简施工工序、细化质量过程控制。 In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s infrastructure projects,the river crossing and sea crossing bridges emerge one after another.With the innovation of construction technology,some bridges have adopted permanent steel casing as the main engineering structure.Because the plane position,perpendicularity and deformation of the steel casing directly affect the engineering quality,how to achieve the quality control goal of the steel casing becomes particularly important.By comparing with the traditional scheme,the construction technology of the whole pile driving vessel embedding permanent steel casing is optimized,and then the construction process is simplified and the process quality control is refined.
