摘要 呼和浩特市三环路工程(A区域)施工三标段位于呼和浩特市玉泉区,承担呼和浩特市三环路工程施工任务。项目包含1座8条匝道的互通立交,立交上部结构均采用现浇梁施工,且在施工过程中需保证现有社会交通不能中断。呼和浩特市三环路工程(A区域)施工三标段项目对施工工艺进行研讨,通过Midas有限元分析软件合理设计及验算,对施工方法进行创新,采用现场既有材料加工出钢桁架结构,代替传统的321型贝雷片,在保证施工安全的前提下使用钢桁架代替贝雷片,可不受贝雷片模数限制,并且提高物料周转次数,大大节约施工成本。 The 3 rd bid section of Hohhot 3 rd Ring Road project(Area A)is located in Yuquan District of Hohhot and undertakes the construction task of Hohhot 3 rd Ring Road Project.The project includes an interchange with 8 ramps.The superstructure of the interchange is constructed with cast-in-situ beams,and the existing social traffic shall not be interrupted during the construction process.The third bid section of Hohhot 3 rd Ring Road Project(Area A)discussed the construction technology.Through the reasonable design and checking calculation of midas finite element analysis software,the construction method was innovated.A steel truss structure was manufactured by using the existing materials on site to replace the traditional 321 type Bailey piece.On the premise of ensuring the construction safety,the steel truss was used to replace the Bailey piece,which was not limited by the module of Bailey piece,and the turnover times of materials were increased,thus greatly saving the construction cost.
