高墩现浇段半悬吊组合支架法施工技术研究

摘要 连续刚构桥现浇段施工多受地形条件、墩高等因素的影响,多年来,已经形成了很多较为成熟的支架方案,如"井"形支架法、贝雷梁支架法等。结合元蔓高速新寨村2号大桥(73+130+73)m的特殊施工环境,在综合分析前人研究成果的基础上,提出了"△"钢立柱+贝雷梁吊篮体系半悬挂组合支架法,进行现浇段施工,并采用有限元软件Midas civil对支架体系受力性能进行计算分析。 The construction of cast-in-situ sections of continuous rigid frame bridges is mostly affected by factors such as terrain conditions and pier heights.Over the years,many more mature support schemes have been formed,such as the"well"-shaped support method,Beley beam support method and so on.Based on the special construction environment of the No.2 bridge(73+130+73)m of Xinzhai Village of Yuanman Expressway,this paper proposes a"△"steel column+Beilei beam based on a comprehensive analysis of previous research results.The semi-suspended combined bracket method of the hanging basket system is used for the construction of the cast-in-situ section,and the finite element software Midas civil is used to calculate and analyze the mechanical performance of the bracket system.
