悬挑脚手架梁侧预埋安装工字钢梁施工技术研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 在本项目的悬挑架工字钢梁安装方式的选用中,为有效避免传统悬挑脚手架工字钢在结构板内预埋件固定锚固段,工字钢穿墙设置安装等存在的诸多弊端。本项目悬挑架工字钢梁的施工研究采用了在结构外边梁处设置预埋件,工字钢梁通过预埋件与建筑结构外边梁固定安装,工字钢梁上部反拉钢丝绳优化为预埋件固定连接的工具式反拉杆件,部分特殊位置超长工字钢梁下部增加预埋件固定连接的工具式斜撑杆件的梁侧预埋安装工字钢梁施工技术。该技术的研究应用不仅解决传统工字钢设置的存在的弊端因素,而且搭拆快速便利、成本低、艺术美观。 In the selection of cantilever I-beam installation mode of this project,in order to effectively avoid many disadvantages of the traditional cantilever I-beam,such as the fixed anchorage section of embedded parts in the structural plate,the installation of I-beam through the wall,etc.In the construction study of cantilever I-beam in this project,the embedded parts are set at the outer side beam of the structure.The I-beam is fixed and installed with the outer side beam of the building structure through the embedded parts.The reverse pull steel wire rope at the upper part of the I-beam is optimized as the tool type reverse pull rod for the fixed connection of the embedded parts,and the beam with the tool type diagonal brace for the fixed connection of the embedded parts is added at the lower part of the super long I-beam at some special positions construction technology of I-beam embedded in side.The research and application of this technology not only solves the malpractice factors of traditional I-beam setting,but also has the advantages of quick and convenient erection and dismantling,low cost and artistic beauty.
