摘要
针对目前内墙铝合金模板与外墙JC结构保温一体化施工中存在的技术质量问题,结合歌尔绿城国际青年社区项目工程特点提出了若干创新技术措施:设计并采用方钢背楞代替传统钢管木方背楞的加固体系;优化了外墙保温厚度不同处加固节点;设计了背楞加固体系中阴阳角转角部位背楞连接固定方式;通过铝合金模板翻包处理,改善外墙JC结构保温板固定加固方法。
This paper aims at the technical quality problems existing in the integrated construction of JC structure insulation for exterior wall and aluminum alloy formwork at present.Combining the engineering characteristics of GoerTek Green City International Youth Community Project,some innovative technical measures have been put forward.The square steel back reinforcement system is designed and adopted instead of the traditional steel pipe wooden back;optimization of reinforcement joints at different locations of the external wall insulation thickness;fixed mode of flute connection at angular position of Yin-Yang corner is designed in the back reinforcement system.The method of fixing and reinforcing of exterior JC wall insulation board is improved by means of flipping and packaging treatment of aluminum alloy formwork.
