摘要
结合某超高层铝合金模板(以下简称铝模)体系结构施工情况,为保证铝模体系下结构混凝土成型效果与平整度,同时节省脱模剂材料,通过对传统人工涂刷施工工艺及铝模脱模剂涂刷工具工艺进行对比分析,得出使用铝模脱模剂涂刷工具工艺时,混凝土结构面成型效果较好等优势,其中,手动加压是通过参考伯努利原理来进行手工组合成本铝模脱模剂涂刷工具的加压容器部分,与可拆卸的底座、引导管等组成了铝模脱模剂涂刷工具。
In this paper,the frame-core tube structure of a high-rise office building is taken as the research object.Two kinds of software of PKPM and ETABS are used for modelling.Calculation results using these two kinds of software are compared,in order to verify the otherness and reliability of the calculation results between the two kinds of software.
