地下室底板后浇带超前止水施工工艺

Analysis of the Construction Technology of Advanced Stop Water in the Post-pouring Belt of Basement Floor

地下室底板面积较大、板厚较厚,为保证混凝土浇筑质量和满足主体结构沉降要求,在地下室底板施工时通常会设置后浇带,而在云南地区地下水位较高,地下室底板后浇带在未封闭前漏水概率较大,为保证地下室底板后浇带封闭时施工质量,特采取地下室底板后浇带超前止水施工工艺,本文对地下室底板后浇带超前止水施工工艺进行浅析,为后续类似工程施工积累一定经验。

Basement floor area is larger,thickness thicker,in order to ensure the concrete pouring quality and meet the requirements of the main structure settlement,in the basement floor construction usually,setting post-cast strip and in yunnan region ground water level is higher,in the basement floor post-cast strip before sealing leakage probability is bigger,in order to ensure the construction quality when closed,the basement floor post-cast strip,adopt advanced post-cast strip the basement floor water stop construction process.This paper analyzes the advanced water stop construction technology of the back pouring zone of the basement floor,which has accumulated some experience for the subsequent similar project construction.
