水立方改造工程大厅两种地面的经济性维修做法

"水立方"作为2008年北京奥运会赛事场馆,赛后活动及运营需求丰富。首层大厅人流量大、保洁频次高,现有大理石地面及橡胶地面老旧,且存在一定程度的损坏。为了在满足场馆2022年冬奥会及赛后持续运营的功能需求的同时,减少浪费,节约造价,充分体现"绿色办奥"的可持续发展理念,在水立方改造工程中不选择对大厅地面进行大面积更换,而是通过对上述两种地面进行局部更换和面层的专业化维修实现地面的"翻新",达到场馆的使用及美观要求。

As the venue of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,"Water Cube"has rich demand for post competition activities and operation.The first floor hall has large passenger flow and high cleaning frequency.The existing marble floor and rubber floor are old and damaged to a certain extent.In order to meet the functional requirements of the venue for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games and the continuous operation after the games,reduce waste,save cost and fully reflect the sustainable development concept of"green hosting the Olympic Games",in the water cube reconstruction project,we do not choose to replace the large area of the hall floor,but through the above two kinds of ground partial replacement and professional maintenance of the surface layer to achieve the"renovation"of the ground"To meet the requirements of the use and beauty of the venue.
