摘要
对秦汉唐天幕广场提升改造项目既有建筑改造进行了分析、实践和总结。通过有限元计算软件YJK 1.8.3.0进行分析模拟,首先对结构柱抽芯,增加托换支撑转换原有结构受力方式,使待拔柱竖向荷载转移到千斤顶支撑系统上,由千斤顶支撑系统向下传导竖向荷载。再对原结构梁进行加大截面及预应力加固处理,把支撑系统上的竖向荷载转移到加固梁上,逐步卸荷直至增大截面梁完全承担原有竖向荷载后拆除支撑及拔除结构柱,最终托梁拔柱施工完成。该施工技术工艺安全可靠、工期效益显著。
This paper analyzes,practices and summarizes the construction plan of the existing construction of xi’andayue city.Through the analysis and simulation of the finite element calculation software YJK 1.8.3.0,first the core of the structure column is extracted,the load mode of the original structure is converted by increasing the support,and the vertical load of the column to be pulled is transferred to the Jack support system,and the vertical load is carried down by the Jack support system.In the process of increasing the section and pre-stress reinforcement of the original structure beam,the vertical load on the support system is transferred to the reinforced beam,and the load is gradually discharged until the cross-sectional beam is fully assumed by the original vertical load.Remove the support and pull out the column structure column.Finally,the construction of the beam pull column was completed.The construction technology is safe and reliable,and the benefit of construction period is remarkable.
