装配式卫生间在大型群体建筑项目中应用

在大型群体建筑项目工程建设中,均存在装饰装修工程体量大,细节处理多,工序繁杂的特点,且隐蔽工程一旦被后续工序覆盖后,出现问题难以排查、问题处理返修量大的问题,尤其涉及防水工程的细部位置,后期返修比例高,往往由于甚小之处,需大面积返工,费时费力,针对整体式装配卫生间的施工工艺所提供的新颖思路,以某工程为实例,探讨大型建筑群体项目中的卫生间整体施工的改进推广。

in the construction of large-scale group construction projects,there are many characteristics such as large volume of decoration works,many details and complicated processes.Once the concealed works are covered by the subsequent processes,problems are difficult to investigate and problems are handled with a large amount of repair.In particular,the details of waterproof works are involved.The proportion of repair in the later stage is high,often due to small points,large areas are needed It is time-consuming and laborious to rework.In this paper,based on the new ideas provided by the construction technology of the integral assembly toilet,taking a project as an example,the improvement and promotion of the overall construction of the toilet in large-scale construction group projects are discussed.
