预应力钢筋桁架叠合楼板施工中的受力性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 对甘肃地区某项目中采用的预应力钢桁架叠合楼板预制、吊装、安装过程中的受力情况进行分析。通过考虑钢桁架对换算截面积及换算截面惯性矩的影响,提出了预应力钢桁架叠合楼板的短期刚度计算方法。通过对预应力钢桁架叠合楼板制作过程中预应力损失及吊装过程分析,为吊点位置选取提供了理论依据。通过对预应力钢桁架叠合楼板安装施工过程中的承载性能分析,得到板跨中间至少应设置1道支撑,才能保证施工板底不出现裂缝。 In this paper,the stress of prestressed steel truss composite floor slab used in a project in gansu province is analyzed from the perspectives of prefabrication,hoisting and installation.Considering the influence of steel trusses on the sectional area and moment of inertia of the converted section,a method for calculating the short-term stiffness of prestressed steel trusses composite floor is proposed.Through the analysis of the prestress loss and hoisting process during the fabrication of composite floor slab of prestressed steel trusses,the theoretical basis is provided for the selection of hoisting point position.Based on the analysis of load-bearing performance of prestressed steel truss composite floor slab in the process of installation and construction,it is determined that at least 1 support should be set in the middle of the slab span.It can ensure that the construction plate bottom does not appear cracks.
