Construction Technology for Modularization of Large Area Light Convex GFRC Hanging Plate Unit

轻质凸型GFRC挂板作为新型建筑材料,造型多样、质地饱满,观感优美、成本低廉,许多地标建筑、大型展览馆、大型体育馆等公共建筑外装饰采用轻质凸型GFRC外墙装饰板,但随着应用的推广,现场安装过程中也逐渐出现许多问题。结合大面积轻质凸型GFRC挂板在甘肃省体育馆施工中单元模块化的应用重点探讨大面积的GFRC挂板单元模块化施工的现场安装技术工艺。

Lightweight convex GFRC hanging board has many advantages,such as diversified shapes,full texture,beautiful appearance,low cost,and so on,many landmark buildings,large exhibition halls,large gymnasiums and so on.The exterior decoration of public buildings adopts light convex GFRC hanging board,but with many applications,there are many problems in the field installation process.This paper will focus on the field installation technology of large area GFRC hanging plate.
