摘要 以天津周大福金融中心、北京新光大中心等多个国内顶尖级超高层项目塔冠钢结构施工所面临的的挑战进行了深入对比分析总结,由于塔冠整体造型采用多根倾斜汇交圆管柱组成的复杂中空结构,因此给塔冠增加了极大地施工困难。现以北京新光大中心为例,从塔冠施工前钢结构专业与幕墙及擦窗机等专业一体化设计及协同作业的应对办法、塔冠安装的总体思路、塔冠施工过程模拟分析、塔冠一体化安全防护等多方面进行总结归纳,为以后的超高层塔冠钢结构施工提供参考资料。 This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the construction of Tower crown steel structure in Tianjin Zhoudaifu Financial Center,Beijing Xinguang Grand Center and other top-notch super high level projects in China.Because the overall shape of the tower crown adopts multiple tilt intersection circular pipe columns.Complex hollow structure,Therefore,the construction of the tower crown has brought great difficulties.Take Beijing Xinguang University Center as an example.From the general idea of Tower crown installation,simulation analysis of Tower crown construction process,integration design of temporary structure and original structure,installation and removal,safety protection of Tower crown integration,steel structure professional and curtain wall and window eraser before construction of Tower crown,etc..The countermeasures for such professional cooperation are summarized Summarize,provide reference material for the construction of super high rise tower crown steel structure.
