Prefabricated Large-scale Clear Water Concrete Wallboard Installation Construction Technology Under High Limit Conditions

预制大型清水混凝土墙板是一种工业化的产品,由于施工现场的各种限制条件,其安装及施工技术也需相应地变化。结合深圳国际会展中心项目施工案例,针对在限高条件下预制大型清水混凝土墙板安装效率低、施工难度大的问题,利用类似塔吊的杠杆原理设计了"一种悬挑吊梁"的吊具以及"用于预制墙板安装的简易固定装置",在保证施工进度、质量、安全的同时,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,对类似工程项目提供参考借鉴。

Prefabricated large-scale clear water concrete wallboard is an industrial product.Because of various restrictions on the construction site,its installation and construction technology also need to be changed accordingly.Combined with the construction case of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center project,in order to solve the problem of low installation efficiency and difficult construction of prefabricated large-scale clear water concrete wallboard under high-limit conditions,this paper designs a simple lifting method for prefabricated exterior wall panel installation and a spreader of"a cantilevered lifting beam"by using the principle of leverage similar to tower crane.While ensuring the construction progress,quality and safety,significant economic and social benefits have been achieved,and reference projects for similar projects have been provided.
