摘要
利用剪力墙上原有的穿墙螺杆眼,使用可通过穿墙螺杆眼固定在剪力墙上的连墙件与脚手架立杆连接,形成刚性拉结点,使外架与建筑物有效拉结。该工艺使建筑施工外脚手架拉结点设置不再需进行预埋或后锚固,省时省力,并从根本上杜绝了预埋件偏位现象,且不使用任何一次性消耗件,所有配件不易损坏,连墙件整体可周转,经济性较好。该工艺完全适用于剪力墙结构的高层建筑,尤其适用于使用铝模进行主体结构施工的高层住宅楼,值得进一步推广应用。
By using the original through wall screw hole on the shear wall,a connecting wall piece which can be fixed on the shear wall through the through wall screw hole is connected with the scaffold pole to form a rigid pull node,so that the outer frame and the building can be effectively tied.This process eliminates the need for pre-embedded or post-anchored anchor points for external scaffolding construction,which saves time and effort,and fundamentally eliminates the deviation of embedded parts,and does not use any disposable consumables,all accessories It is not easy to damage,even the whole wall parts can be turned around,and the economy is better.This process is completely suitable for high-rise buildings with shear wall structure,especially for high-rise residential buildings that use aluminum molds for main structure construction,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
