近年来,国内外建筑施工现场起重机械设备使用过程中,导致人员群死群伤或造成重大经济损失的较重大安全事故时有发生,如塔式起重机倒塌、施工电梯坠落等较重大事故。总结反思这些事故的重要原因,明显发现多是由于人的错误操作行为、物的质量不良状态或管理控制不当等因素造成的。本文根据多年从事起重机械研发生产制造、技术维护服务和安全使用管理的经验,针对日益严峻的起重机械现场安全形势,总结反思提供部分管理建议。

In recent years, in the process of using lifting equipment in construction sites at home and abroad, serious safety accidents have occurred from time to time, such as the collapse of tower cranes and the fall of construction elevators.
