随着BIM技术应用逐步向各领域快速推进,BIM技术和工程质量、工程创优的深入融合应用对保证施工质量和企业品牌的提升促进作用也逐渐凸显,同时质量管理标准化是建筑企业发展的方向和目标,各分部分项工程细部工艺做法统一是质量管理标准化中的重要组成部分,通过总结提炼近百个优质工程项目的优秀做法和创优经验,最终打造强制性条文要求、实体图片、BIM效果图、构造做法图、三维动画展示及工艺控制要点相结合的创优创效互联信息化平台。

With the rapid development of BIM Technology in various fields,the in-depth integration and application of BIM Technology,engineering quality and engineering excellence has gradually highlighted the promotion role of BIM Technology in ensuring the construction quality and improving the enterprise brand.At the same time,the standardization of quality management is the development direction and goal of construction enterprises,It is an important part of quality management standardization to unify the detailed process of each sub project.Through summarizing and refining the excellent practices and experience of nearly 100 high-quality engineering projects,we will eventually create an Internet information platform for excellence and efficiency creation,which combines mandatory provisions,entity pictures,BIM effect drawings,structural practice drawings,3 D animation display and process control points.
