传统的隧道二次衬砌采用人工倒管浇筑,耗时较多,且难保证对称浇筑,会形成人字坡冷缝、偏压等一系列的质量和安全问题,自动配管系统引进到二次衬砌浇筑中,把传统的人工作业部分改为机械操作,大大提高工作效率,降低工人劳动强度,加快施工进度。

Traditional tunnel secondary lining is poured by manual inverted pipe,which takes more time and is difficult to ensure symmetrical pouring.It will form a series of quality and safety problems such as cold joint and bias pressure on herringbone slope.Automatic piping system is introduced into the pouring of secondary lining.The traditional manual operation is changed into mechanical operation,which greatly improves the working efficiency,reduces the labor intensity of workers and speeds up the implementation.
