摘要
为解决铁路隧道建造过程中由于过度支护造成的不经济问题,以某双线客货共线铁路隧道为依托工程,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS,针对支护形式下的复合式衬砌进行了结构受力分析,并据此提出了支护优化方案。数据结果分析可知:支护设计参数偏于保守,在满足结构安全的条件下,可进行一定程度上的优化。IV围岩初期支护优化后格栅/拱钢架纵向间距为1.5m;V围岩下的深埋与超浅埋隧道初期支护优化后格栅/拱钢架的纵向间距为1.5m,浅埋隧道四肢格栅/刚架的纵向间距分别为1.2m与1.5m。优化后的支护方案在一定程度上降低了成本。
In order to solve the uneconomical problem caused by excessive support during the construction of railway tunnels,this paper relies on a dual-line passenger-cargo railway line tunnel as a supporting project.Through the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the load-structure model is adopted for different rock levels The composite lining under the structure is subjected to a structural force analysis,and an optimal support scheme is proposed accordingly.The analysis of the data results shows that the design parameters of the support are conservative,and can be optimized to a certain extent under the condition of satisfying the structural safety.The longitudinal spacing of the grille/arch steel frame after the optimization of the initial support of the IV surrounding rock is 1.5 m;the longitudinal spacing of the grille/arch steel frame after the optimization of the initial support of the deep and ultra-shallow buried tunnels under the surrounding rock is 1.5 m,The longitudinal spacing of the limb grid/rigid frame of a shallow buried tunnel is 1.2 m and 1.5 m,respectively.The optimized support scheme reduces the cost to a certain extent and provides a reference for the selection of support parameters for subsequent railway tunnel construction.
