现代化市政给排水工程管道防渗漏施工控制技术 被引量:18

Construction Control Technology of Pipeline Leakage Prevention in Modern Municipal Water Supply and Drainage Engineering

摘要 传统方法在给排水工程管道防渗漏施工控制时未进行全程控制,仅通过水流量控制防渗漏问题,使水量过小。为此,设计现代化市政给排水工程管道防渗漏施工控制技术。在施工前期准备阶段,通过预控方法对前期进行施工控制,控制手段包括组织控制、审批控制、选材控制、管材管理控制、子母口质量控制及材料检测控制。在中期施工阶段,对其实施中期施工控制,具体包括检查现场、工程预检核查、检查隐蔽工程及控制工序过程。在施工后期收尾阶段,通过分项验收对施工实施后期控制,分项验收内容包括管道清淤、清淤录像、管道试通、连接管材、检查拍摄、处理端口。通过前期、中期与后期的施工控制实现现代化市政给排水工程管道防渗漏施工控制。为验证该技术的施工控制效果,设计对比试验。结果表明,该技术的施工管道水流量较大,所能承受的压力较大,渗漏预防效果较好。 The traditional method does not carry out the whole process control in the construction control of water supply and drainage engineering pipeline leakage prevention,only through the water flow to control the leakage problem,so that the water volume is too small.For this reason,design a kind of modern municipal water supply and drainage engineering pipeline anti leakage construction control technology.In the early stage of construction preparation,the early stage of construction control is carried out through the pre control method,including organization control,approval control,material selection control,pipe management control,parent-child quality control and material detection control.In the medium-term construction stage,the medium-term construction control shall be implemented,including site inspection,project pre inspection and verification,concealed works inspection and control process.In the final stage of the construction,the later stage control of the construction is implemented through the sub item acceptance,which includes pipe desilting,desilting video recording,pipeline trial connection,pipe connecting,inspection,shooting and processing port.Through the construction control in the early,middle and later stages,the anti leakage construction control of modern municipal water supply and drainage engineering pipeline is realized.In order to prove that the construction pipeline water flow of this technology is larger,the traditional anti leakage construction control technology of water supply and drainage engineering pipeline is compared with this technology.In order to verify the construction control effect of the technology,a comparative experiment is designed.The results show that the construction pipeline of the technology has a large water flow,can bear a large pressure,and has a good leakage prevention effect.
