Construction Measures of the Tower Crane in the Underground Garage Structure

为满足停车需要,地下车库规模逐渐增大,出现了大量的"地下大底盘车库+地上群体建筑"结构形式。在结构施工期间,不可避免地将塔式起重机位置由肥槽周边向地下车库结构内部转移。以实际工程项目为依托,结合现场施工经验,重点对塔式起重机基础与主体结构筏板位置关系、塔式起重机基础影响范围内护坡桩加固处理、塔式起重机穿结构预留洞的防水处理、钢筋及模架处理等施工技术措施进行分析,提出合理的解决方案。

In order to meet parking needs,the scale of underground garage gradually increased,and a large number of underground large chassis garage+aboveground group building structure forms appeared.During the construction of the structure,it is inevitable to transfer the position of the tower crane from the surrounding of the fertilizer trough to the interior of the underground garage structure.Based on actual engineering project,in combination with field construction experience,focus on the tower crane foundation and main structure relations,the tower crane foundation raft position within the scope of slope protection pile reinforcement and reserved hole structure of tower crane wear waterproof treatment,reinforcement and formwork construction technology measures were analyzed and solved,such as put forward reasonable solution.
