电缆隧道上软下硬富水地层喷涌控制措施 被引量:3

摘要 土压平衡盾构机在上软下硬富水地层中施工时,渣土仓内的土体很难形成可塑状态,螺旋输送机喷涌将导致盾构无法连续施工,土仓压力波动大,进而引起地表沉降等现象。围绕深圳地区典型上软下硬富水地层发生喷涌现象展开分析,以深圳北环电缆隧道盾构区间为背景,介绍土压平衡盾构发生喷涌的危害,分析了典型上软下硬富水地层施工中如何运用盾构施工技术,分析了防止喷涌的有效方法和措施,经过调整掘进参数、注浆止水、改良渣土等一系列措施,有效控制了喷涌现象,从而提高施工效率。 When the earth pressure balance shield machine is constructed in the upper soft and lower hard water-rich stratum,the soil in the muck bin is difficult to form a plastic state,and the spewing of the screw conveyor will cause the shield machine to be unable to continuously construct,the pressure fluctuation of the earth bin is large,and then the surface settlement and other phenomena are caused.Based on the analysis of the spewing phenomenon in the typical upper soft and lower hard water-rich stratum in Shenzhen area,and taking the shield section of Shenzhen North Ring Cable Tunnel as the background,this paper introduces the hazards of spewing by earth pressure balance shield,analyzes how to use shield construction technology in the construction of the typical upper soft and lower hard water-rich stratum,and analyzes the effective methods and measures for preventing spewing.Through a series of measures such as adjusting tunneling parameters,grouting to stop water,and improving muck,the spewing phenomenon is effectively controlled,thus improving the construction efficiency.
