摘要
顶管桩施工工艺将顶管与灌注桩技术集成,可解决既有建筑低净空环境下成桩困难的问题。通过现场原位试验以及数值模拟计算结果对比,验证了计算模型的有效性,给出了水平挤土效应随深度增加的分布规律,并基于数值方法拓展了水平挤土效应随与桩身的水平距离和土体强度增加的关系,证明顶管桩可应用于密集桩群以及桩身中段范围土体加固的有效应。研究成果对顶管桩在软土地区的施工提供了理论和技术支持。
Pipe jacking pile construction technology integrates pipe jacking and cast-in-place pile technology,which can solve the problem of pile forming under low clearance environment of existing buildings.By comparing the results of in-situ test and numerical simulation,the validity of the calculation model is verified.The distribution law of horizontal soil compaction effect with the increase of depth is given.The relationship between horizontal compaction effect and the increase of horizontal distance and soil strength is expanded based on the numerical method.It is proved that pipe jacking pile can be applied to the consolidation of dense pile groups and soil in the middle section of pile body effect.The research results provide theoretical and technical support for the construction of pipe jacking pile in soft soil area.
