喷雾器制造仓面小气候在曼点水库中的应用

摘要 在碾压混凝土大坝施工过程中,由于日照、风力、湿度等因素的影响,使得碾压混凝土仓面水分蒸发快而导致VC值增大,混凝土拌合物发白、混凝土碾压层久压不泛浆,进而影响碾压混凝土的层间结合质量。为解决碾压混凝土仓面质量温控问题,保持仓面湿润环境以改善浇筑仓面的温度,在曼点水库碾压混凝土施工过程中,采用喷雾机进行仓面喷雾形成"小气候"。该方法简单、容易,具有较好的经济效益。 In the construction process of roller compacted concrete dam,due to the influence of sunshine,wind,humidity and other factors,the moisture on the surface of roller compacted concrete warehouse surface evaporates quickly,resulting in the increase of VC value,the whiteness of concrete mixture,and the long-term compaction of concrete rolling layer does not flood,thus affecting the quality of interlayer bonding of roller compacted concrete.In order to solve the problem of temperature control of RCC barn surface and keep the humid environment of storehouse surface to improve the temperature of pouring bin surface,sprayer was used to spray the warehouse surface to form"microclimate"during the construction of RCC in man Dian reservoir.This method is simple,easy and has good economic benefits.
