摘要 岩基条件下重力式船闸工程混凝土数量大,单次浇筑入仓量大,浇筑强度高,必须满足防渗抗裂要求,其温度控制的实质是控制大体积混凝土结构内部因温度变化引起的拉应力不大于混凝土相应龄期的抗拉强度,采取相应的技术措施,妥善处理内外温差值,合理解决温度应力并控制裂缝开展是保证质量的关键点。 Under rock foundation condition,the quantity of concrete in gravity ship lock project is large,the quantity of single pouring is large,and the pouring strength is high,so it must meet the requirements of seepage control and crack resistance.The essence of temperature control is to control the tensile stress of large volume concrete structure caused by temperature change not exceeding the tensile strength of concrete at corresponding age,and adopt corresponding measures.Technical measures,proper treatment of internal and external temperature difference,reasonable solution of temperature stress and control of crack development are the key points to ensure quality.
