摘要 曼点水库大坝建设中,针对坝顶常态混凝土入仓施工困难等诸多不利条件影响,工程结合现场实际情况、优化施工方法,采用泵送混凝土浇筑入仓。从泵送混凝土的温度控制和抗裂缝形成入手,通过采取合理有效的施工工艺措施,同时减少浇筑层厚度及斜层浇筑保证层间结合质量。在满足《大坝混凝土温度控制技术指标》的同时,达到了防止和控制混凝土裂缝的目的,有效的保证了曼点水库坝顶细部结构建筑物的整体性和耐久性。 In the dam construction of mandian reservoir,in view of the construction difficulties of normal concrete on the top of the dam and many other adverse conditions,the project combines the actual situation of the site and optimizes the construction method,and adopts the pumping concrete pouring into the warehouse.Starting from the temperature control and crack resistance of pumping concrete,reasonable and effective construction technology measures are adopted to reduce the pouring layer thickness and inclined layer pouring,so as to ensure the quality of interlayer bonding.While meeting the"Technical Index of Dam Concrete Temperature Control",it achieves the purpose of preventing and controlling concrete cracks,and effectively ensures the integrity and durability of the detailed structure buildings on the top of the dam of mandian reservoir.
