摘要
针对栈桥施工中圆管立柱桩施工空桩段施工质量控制困难,施工过程中容易造成土体塌方、垂直度偏差、标高偏差、圆管位置偏差,并且容易造成圆管立柱上浮等施工操作困难的情况,提出采用焊接措施钢筋笼的施工措施来控制施工质量,以保证施工安全性和成桩质量达到设计预期。
In view of the difficulties of quality control in the construction of empty pile section of circular pipe column pile in trestle construction,which is easy to cause soil collapse,perpendicularity deviation,elevation deviation,position deviation of circular pipe in the construction process,and easy to cause construction operation difficulties such as floating of circular pipe column,the construction measures of welding reinforcement cage are proposed to control the construction quality,so as to ensure the safety and construction,the quality of pile can meet the design expectation.
