摘要
位于保山市工贸园区长岭岗片区内的保山隆基年产5GW单晶硅棒项目1,2,3号边坡支护工程,膨胀土分布广泛,多为山地,土方回填、开挖量大,导致形成高边坡施工。目前学术界对膨胀土的研究大多集中在地基基础的竖向作用方面,对膨胀土类似边坡治理方面的水平方向作用研究较少。本工程对膨胀土地区高边坡支护技术进行研究,采用锚杆、锚索、格构梁、加筋土等施工技术,通过现场的实际运用、检测和工程实践的适用性检验,取得很好的效果,为膨胀土高边坡支护提供比较成熟的实用方法。
Baoshan Longji annual 5 GW single crystal silicon bar in Changlinggang area of Baoshan industrial and trade park,No.1,No.2,No.3 slope support engineering,expansive soil is widely distributed,mostly mountainous,earth backfill,excavation volume,resulting in the formation of high slope construction.At present,most of the researches on expansive soil focus on the vertical action of foundation,but few on the horizontal action of expansive soil similar to slope treatment.In this project,the support technology of high slope in expansive soil area is studied,and the construction technology such as anchor rod,anchor cable,lattice beam and reinforced soil is adopted.Through the practical application,detection and the applicability test of engineering practice,good results are obtained,a set of relatively mature practical methods for the support of high slope in expansive soil is provided.
