摘要
通过制定合理的灌注桩施工顺序,使前期已施工灌注桩对后期灌注桩的施工产生积极的影响;同时根据超前钻报告、同一冲程冲孔灌注桩钻进过程中钻进速度的快慢、钻进过程中泥浆护壁液面的变化等依据判断冲孔灌注桩钻进过程中所遇溶洞类型,从而选用相对应的溶洞处理办法,快速地、有效地解决冲孔灌注桩钻进过程中遇溶洞而产生的突发事件,防止塌孔卡钻现象的出现,从而保障工程的安全、质量及施工进度。
Through the establishment of reasonable construction sequence of cast-in-place pile,the construction of cast-in-place pile in the early stage will have a positive impact on the construction of later bored pile;at the same time,according to the advanced drilling report,the speed of drilling in the same stroke of bored pile drilling process,the change of slurry wall protection liquid level,etc.,the type of karst cave encountered in the drilling process of punched cast-in-place pile can be determined,so as to select the corresponding solution The treatment method of karst cave can quickly and effectively solve the emergency events caused by karst cave in the drilling process of punching cast-in-place pile,prevent the occurrence of hole collapse and sticking,so as to ensure the safety,quality and construction progress of the project.
