摘要
分析双轮铣成槽机点冲式钻齿破岩阶段的压入阶段、裂纹产生阶段、压实核形成阶段、岩块剪裂阶段,推导了破岩机理,并结合广州地铁18,22号线番禺广场地铁站项目,分别采用液压抓斗+双轮铣、液压抓斗+潜孔锤+双轮铣两种工况,实践表明:潜孔锤配合双轮铣施工后设备的检修次数减少;更换钻齿的次数和数量明显减少;更换钻齿次数约为不用潜孔锤工况的1/3,更换钻齿的数量为1/10;中风化花岗岩中的钻进效率提高2倍左右;微风化花岗岩中的钻进效率提高7~8倍,成槽天数明显降低,平均能缩短3d。
This paper has analyzed the Point-impact mode drilling tooth rock breaking phase of hydraulic double wheel trench cutter,which including press-in phase、crack initiation phase,compaction nucleation phase,rock block shear phase,and the rock breaking mechanism has been derived,meanwhile combing with the project of Panyu Square interchange station for line 18 and 22 of Guangzhou Metro,Hydraulic grab+hydraulic double wheel trench cutter、Hydraulic grab+DTH hammer+hydraulic double wheel trench cutter these two operating condition has been separately adopted,the study indicates that:after using the DTH hammer+hydraulic double wheel trench cutter construction method the frequency of machine maintenance is reduced;The frequency and quantity of changing drilling tooth are significantly reduced;the frequency of changing drilling tooth is about 1/3 of which construction without using DTH hammer,and the quantity of changing drilling tooth reduces to 1/10;The drilling efficiency in the intermediary weathered granite is improved by about 2 times;The drilling efficiency in the breeze granites is improved by 7~8 times,the grooving period is distinctly shorter,and can be average 3 days shortened.
