摘要
TLJ900型架桥机作为十几年来高铁建设的主力机型,为中国高铁的建设做出了突出贡献,但随着中国高铁建设方向开始转向城际铁路,该型号架桥机出现了不适应的情况,因为城际铁路的桥梁设计的普遍更薄、更轻,如果架桥机使用临时支腿会造成箱梁翼板破裂从而导致出现架桥机倾覆事故,为避免类似危险并保证机械正常施工,解决在不安装临时支腿的情况下实现运梁车驮运架桥机的问题显得尤为重要,本文重点介绍了该种施工技术。
TLJ900 bridge erecting machine,as the main type of high-speed railway construction in China for more than ten years,has made outstanding contributions to the construction of high-speed railway in China.However,as the direction of high-speed railway construction in China begins to turn to inter-city railway,this type of bridge erecting machine does not adapt to the situation,because the bridge design of inter-city railway is generally thinner and lighter,if the bridge erecting machine.In order to avoid similar danger and ensure the normal construction of machinery,it is particularly important to solve the problem of realizing the carriage and bridge erecting machine without temporary legs.This paper mainly introduces this kind of construction technology.
