摘要
依托国内尚无先例的2012年9月中铁七局集团有限公司在郑西客运专线荥阳南站新增平行渡线要点插铺1组P60-1/41号有砟高速道岔的营业线施工,研究大号码道岔组装、纵移、横移就位、快速连接、上碴整道、限速开通养护、大机捣固及精调、道岔前后焊接及无缝线路锁定等既有高速铁路有砟大号码道岔快速插铺关键技术。
Relying on the construction of a new group of P60-1/41 ballasted high-speed turnouts at Xingyang South Railway Station on Zhengxi Passenger Dedicated Line by China Railway Seven Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.in September 2012,which has no precedent in China,this paper studies the assembly,longitudinal movement,transverse movement,rapid connection,ballast consolidation,speed limit opening and maintenance of large-sized turnouts.The key technologies of rapid insertion of ballasted turnout in existing high-speed railway,such as tamping and fine tuning of large machines,welding of turnouts before and after turnouts and locking of jointless track,etc.
