Application of Sliding Formwork Technology in Dam Face Construction of Heishiluo Reservoir

滑模技术因其在现浇混凝土施工中显著的机械化程度高、施工速度快、现场场地占用少、环境与经济综合效益大等特点,在水利项目混凝土面板坝的施工中被广泛应用。主要介绍了滑模技术在云南省昭通市黑石罗水库混凝土面板施工中的应用,包括如何科学选取并论证滑模的设计参数、制作安装、运行方式等。

Sliding formwork technology is widely used in the construction of concrete face slab dam of water conservancy project because of its remarkable characteristics of high mechanization,fast construction speed,less site occupancy,and large comprehensive environmental and economic benefits in the construction of cast-in-place concrete.This paper mainly introduces the application of sliding formwork technology in the construction of concrete face slab of Heishiluo Reservoir in Zhaotong City of Yunnan Province,including how to scientifically select and demonstrate the design parameters,manufacture,installation and operation mode of sliding formwork.
