摘要
北京大学第一医院保健中心工程双层滑动支座大跨度桁架安装技术施工重点在于如何在保证安装精度的前提下,实现双层支座均匀同步受力。安装过程中通过采用3D模拟预拼装技术,矫正加工过程中出现的误差,使安装精度达到要求。并且在安装过程中,下弦支座处预留后补端头,经过压力计算,用承压应力贴片控制支座受力大小,以达到均匀同步受力目的。
Installation technology of large-span truss with double-deck sliding bearings in the health center project of the First Hospital of Peking University is focused on how to realize uniform and synchronous force on double-deck bearings under the premise of ensuring installation accuracy.In the process of installation,3D simulation pre-assembly technology is adopted to correct the errors in the process of machining,so that the installation accuracy can meet the requirements.And in the installation process,the lower chord bearings reserved after filling the end,after pressure calculation,using the compressive stress patch to control the bearing force size,in order to achieve the goal of uniform and synchronous force.
